Inna Ozerov, MD
Dr. Inna Ozerov is a Sub-Investigator at Research Centers of America. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of medical and surgical corneal diseases, with a particular interest in the treatment of Keratoconus and Dry Eye Syndrome.
Dr. Ozerov received her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in New York. She completed her internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, followed by her Ophthalmology Residency and Cornea/External Disease Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where she held the title of associate professor of Ophthalmology. While in practice in New York, she continued to teach residents and was awarded Surgical Attending of the Year by the Montefiore Medical Center graduating residents in 2008.
In 2010, Dr. Ozerov moved to Miami, subsequently starting her practice – the Miami Eye Institute. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Florida Medical Society, Women in Ophthalmology, as well as the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Dr. Ozerov is an accomplished surgeon, and one of the few in the country to offer bladeless cataract extraction via FDA-Approved Alcon LenSx® Femtosecond laser system. She is also one of a handful of surgeons performing collagen crosslinking, a novel treatment for patients with thinning corneas due to complications of LASIK and keratoconus. She is also trained in aesthetic medicine, offering cosmetic lid surgery.
